electrical test to assure the components performance and reliability. X-Ray and
De-capsulation equipment are used to expose the manufacture substrate, marking and logos to
authenticate the component. Inspection may also reveal potential defects and re-marking

QC Inspectors Trained: In Counterfeit Electronics Components Avoidance by
the Component Technology Institute. Creditable Supply Chain: All Nasco's inventory has been purchased
from OEM manufacturers and creditable sources. ESD Standards: All of Nasco's suppliers follow the ANSI-ESDS 20.20-1999 standards. Receiving Inspection: Suppliers must have approved quality assurance policies outlines
by the ISO 9000 standards. Product must be received in good condition and in proper anti-static packaging. Data Sheet Review: Manufacturers data sheets are reviewed for proper packaging dimensions
and markings. Component Body Inspection: Using a digital microscope equipped with 200x magnification
lenses, our inspectors look for any surface defects including sanding and other remarking techniques used
by counterfeiters to alter the appearance of the part. The devices are then measured using digital calipers
to inspect proper size and dimensions outlined on the manufacturer's data sheets. Solderability: Using a digital microscope equipped with 200x magnification lenses,
our inspectors look for oxidation and any other foreign residues that may harm the component or cores. Marking Test: Component markings are compared to the manufacturers datasheet. If acceptable
an erasing compounds is applied to the parts to check for original OCM markings. Lead Free (Rohs): Restriction of hazardous substances directive commonly known as
"lead-free" directive restricts the usage of lead, mercury, cadmium, hexavelent, and chromium. Lead free
testing using lead check swabs PB-2M161 will be performed and test confirmation cards supplied.* Dry Packing with Desiccant: Product is sealed with moisture barring,
anti-static packaging, complete with desiccant. Vacuum Sealed: Product is then vacuum sealed to assure quality.* Market Intelligence: We subscribe to watchdog websites which advises us of commonly counterfeit
products and potential E-waste hotspots. Documentation and Traceability: All products are digitally photographed and cataloged in our
