Quality Assurance Checklist: Each of the following categories are checked by our quality control departments to assure the highest quality and reliability.

Receiving Inspection: Suppliers must have an approved quality assurance policie as outlines by the ISO standards. Product must be received in good condition and in proper anti-static packaging.

Data Sheet Review: Manufacturers data sheets are reviewed for proper packaging dimensions and markings.

Component Body Inspection: Using a digital microscope, equipped with 200x magnification lenses, our inspectors look for any surface defects including sanding and other remarking techniques used by counterfeiters to alter the appearance of the part. The devices are then measured using digital calipers to inspect proper size and dimensions outlined on the manufacturer data sheets.

Solderability: Using a digital microscope equipped with 200x magnification lenses, our inspectors look for oxidation and any other foreign residues that may harm the component or core solderability problems.

Markings: Component markings are compared to the manufacturers data sheet. If acceptable, an erasing compound is applied to the parts to check for original OEM markings.

Lead Free (Rohs): Restriction of hazardous substances directive commonly known as "lead-free" directive restricts the usage of lead, mercury, cadmium, hexavelent, and chromium. Lead free testing using lead check swabs PB-2M161 will be performed and test confirmation cars supplied.

Functional Test: Approved ISO test houses perform full functional electrical tests to ensure the components performance and reliability. In more complex components, such as microprocessors, an authenticity test will be performed by using x-ray equipment that will see through the components insulation to expose manufacturers substrates, markings, and reveal potential defects which may disqualify the product.

Dry Packing with Desiccant: Product is sealed with moisture barring, anti-static packaging, complete with desiccant.

Vacuum Sealed: Product is then vacuum sealed to ensure quality.
